TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCT
    Every The Finish Line Archive is customised and made specifically for you based on the details, design and selections provided at the time of ordering.
     

  2. ORDER CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT
    An order is considered confirmed and will be processed only after full payment has been received.
    As the product is customised and made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been received and production has commenced.
    If you like to update the order or change any data provided, please WhatsApp us with the updated details within 24hr.
     

  3. NO RETURNS / NO REFUNDS
    As each Archive is personalised and made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refund requests for change of mind, incorrect size, colour, texture, design preference or any other reason unrelated to a manufacturing defect or an error
     

  4. DESIGN PREVIEW & CUSTOMER APPROVAL
    Before production, we will share a personalised design preview for your approval.
    Please carefully review all details, including name, race/event, date, distance, finish time, PB, category and any other personalised information.
    Production will begin only after your approval. Once the design has been approved, any error, spelling mistake or incorrect information that was provided or approved by the customer will be considered the customer's responsibility and will not qualify for a replacement or refund.
    If the final product contains an error that differs from the approved design due to an error on our part, we will replace the product at no additional cost.
     

  5. DAMAGE / INCORRECT PRODUCT
    If your Archive arrives physically damaged or contains incorrect details due to an error on our part, we will arrange a replacement.
    Please contact us within 24hours of delivery and provide clear photographs/videos of the package and product so that we can assess the issue.
     

  6. DELIVERY
    Estimated production and shipping time is 5–7 days after design approval. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping location and courier service.
     

  7. PERSONALISATION
    By placing an order, you confirm that all information and personalisation details provided by you are accurate and approved for use on your Archive.
     

  8. ACCEPTANCE
    By making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
